Unless otherwise stated in a specific bonus' terms, the following general bonus terms and conditions apply to all bonuses granted.
Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Bucks, otherwise known as SBZ; they expire one year after they are issued. If you do not wish to receive any bonuses (or would like us to remove an existing bonus from your playable balance) please contact us with the request.
To prevent bonus abuse, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of forty (40) times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The following bet types are not applicable towards the minimum wagering requirements:

- Tri-Card Poker,
- '21' Games,
- Pontoon,
- Video Poker,
- Caribbean Hold'em,
- Vegas Three-Card Rummy,
- Texas Hold'em,
- Bonus Poker, and
- Any variant of Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, or Sicbo.
Only verifiable accounts with valid email and home addresses will be credited. We reserve the right to request verification of your identity at any time.
No promotions may be combined. Minimum wagering requirements must be met on your current bonus before other bonuses can be applied to your account.
Promotions run for a limited time and may be discontinued without notice. Limit one bonus per person, IP address, family, household and/or group. Cashing out your bonus, winnings, and deposit amount is subject to withdrawal requirements.
Deposits are not eligible for bonuses whenever there are pending or approved withdrawals coming from or produced by that specific deposit. If you have an account balance and / or pending withdrawals and wish to claim a bonus, please contact us for specific instructions on how to proceed.
Any individual or groups of individuals engaging in any type of betting patterns indicative of fraud will forfeit their deposits, bonuses and winnings. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts in an attempt to claim the initial deposit bonus multiple times.
Bonus money and winnings derived from bonus money on accounts considered as 'duplicates' (meaning an additional account per family/household). We reserve the right to void any corresponding winnings and funds resulting from duplication by way of adjusting your balance accordingly.
