Bonus Bucks (SBZ) are different from normal bonuses; they are awarded by playing qualifying multiplayer bingo chat games where a chat moderator (CM) is present or by converting comp points.
SBZ are added to your overall balance so that they may be used to play on all our games. While SBZ are primarily intended to extend play, you have the option to withdraw them, provided that you have met all of your bonus and deposit wagering requirements and have wagered your SBZ forty (40) times. Your SBZ balance is not shown separately in your games or account area.
It may take several hours for SBZ to be credited to your account when they are earned or redeemed. To prevent expiry, SBZ must be used within one (1) year of the date they are earned.

To be eligible for SBZ in chat games:
- You must have deposited at least USD 25.00 (for regular chat games) or USD 50.00 (for promo chat games) within 5 days prior to the event, and
- You must be actively playing at least three (3) cards during the event.
